How do we develop courses?
A panel of professional teachers will discuss, analyze, and research (students' developmental and academic needs, abilities, or skills that need improvement.
The teaching objectives will then be placed, aligning with the curriculum guideline of The Ontario Ministry of Education. The new curriculum will then be developed based on the authoritative curriculum resources.
The new curriculum will meet students' learning goals and curriculum expectations.
The most experienced teacher team will conduct trial lessons using the newly developed curriculum. The team will then collect feedback and revise the classes if needed. It will take a few rounds of the revision cycle until the curriculum is finalized.
The course will then be launched and the school will start using the curriculum for teaching.
In teaching, teachers will continue to give revision suggestions. The school will continuously collect feedback from parents and students to improve the curriculum.
